Under no circumstances will the manager of personal data, without explicit permission of the user, pass on the personal or other information of the user to a third party or allow the third party to access the personal/other information of the user, unless requested to do so by state authorities, if such obligation is laid down by law, or in good faith, that such action is necessary for proceedings before the courts or other governmental authorities as well as to protect and promote the legitimate interests of the trader.

All personal and other information provided by the user upon subscription to the online newsletter or contact form will be protected in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The owner of the website will not use user information to send promotional emails or other unwanted promotional material, except for those promotional notices that the user will subscribe to or consent to.
